Focus on teaching — I’ll handle the logistics. I produce fully curated retreats, taking care of venue sourcing, vendor communication, timelines, budgets and the attendee experience. This allows instructors to deliver their work with complete presence; free from operational stress.

Starting with a vision

Your retreat can take place at a hotel or an established retreat venue — or, if you prefer something more private, we can arrange a fully exclusive house where everything comes to you, including catering and all the amenities you need for a seamless experience.

This free 30-minute call is a relaxed, no-pressure chat to explore your retreat vision — how you’d love it to feel, who it’s for, and what you want to create. We’ll also cover key details like timelines, budgets, and logistics.

By the end, you’ll have a clear picture of your retreat possibilities and how my services can support you, with simple next steps to move forward.

Tier 1

We begin with a vision call, design the retreat concept, source venues and vendors and build the full program schedule. You’ll receive all operational documents — including contracts, budgets, contingency plans, ‘day-of’ timelines, facilitator sourcing and attendee guides.

Price: 15% of retreat budget

Tier 2

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus active coordination with vendors and the venue leading up to the retreat. We also provide on-site producer support on day one, as well as the creation of participant welcome kits and materials.

Price: 20% of retreat budget

Tier 3

Includes everything in Tier 1 & 2, plus on-site producer support for the entire retreat, as well as the creation of participant welcome kits and materials. The highest level of service, with peace of mind that every element is being managed professionally
